Terms of Service & End User License Agreement (EULA)

Welcome to Carve Audio! By purchasing, downloading, or using our plugins, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the End User License Agreement (EULA). If you don’t agree, please do not use our products.

2. Purchases & Refund Policy

Please make sure you’ve reviewed system requirements and compatibility before purchasing.

Due to the nature of Carve Audio’s products as non-tangible digital goods, it is not possible to “return” a product. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges after purchase.

Promotional offers are valid for a limited time only. All promotional, discounted, and pre-order sales are final. Offers are not retroactive and apply only to the products specified. Carve Audio reserves the right to change or stop any offers at any time.

3. License & Usage Rights

When you purchase a Carve Audio plugin, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to install and use the software.

You may:

  • Install and use the plugin on your own devices.
  • Use the plugin in personal, professional, or commercial music projects.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, rent, or distribute the plugin to others.
  • Reverse engineer, modify, or copy the software.
  • Transfer your license to another person or entity.

Termination

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Carve Audio at any time. Upon termination of this license, you must immediately cease use of the software and destroy any copies in your possession, whether electronic or printed.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to use reasonable efforts to keep all confidential and proprietary information private indefinitely. Neither party shall copy, disclose, or use such information for any purpose outside of carrying out this Agreement without prior written consent.
Upon termination of this Agreement, all confidential and proprietary information must be returned or destroyed, and any knowledge of such information shall remain confidential indefinitely.

4. Intellectual Property

All Carve Audio products, designs, branding, and related content remain the sole intellectual property of Carve Audio. You are purchasing a license to use our software — ownership is not transferred to you.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our products in any way that:

  • Violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of Carve Audio or others.
  • Circumvents or attempts to bypass our licensing or copy protection systems.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Carve Audio products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive to make our plugins stable and widely compatible, we do not guarantee they will be error-free or meet your specific needs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carve Audio shall not be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Ontario.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update or revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will take effect once posted on this page.
