What plugin formats are supported?

All of our plugins are available as VST3, AU, and AAX formats

What DAW will these plugins work on?

All of our plugins are officially supported on the following DAWs:

AAX, AU, VST3 versions
64-bit only
Ableton Live 11+ (Mac & PC: AU, VST3)
Bitwig 4+ (Mac & PC: AU, VST3)
Cubase 13+ (Mac & PC: VST3)
Digital Performer 11+ (Mac & PC: AU, VST3)
FL Studio 23+ (Mac & PC: VST3)
Garageband 10+ (AU)
Logic Pro 10+ (AU)
Pro Tools 12+ (Mac & PC: AAX)

If you don’t see your DAW listed above, they should still work as long as your DAW can use VST3, AU, or AAX plugins. But any unlisted DAWs are not officially supported.

How many computers can I install my plugins on?

Each purchase comes with 3 licenses, so you can install on up to three different systems.

How do I access updates for my plugins?

Whenever an update is released, you’ll find it in the Downloads section of your user account. Just log in, grab the installer, and you’re good to go.

Do you offer educational or bundle discounts?

Not at the moment. We occasionally run bundle sales though, so keep an eye out—you might just catch a tasty deal.

Do you offer refunds?

Since our plugins are digital products, we don’t offer refunds. But don’t worry—you can always try a free 14-day demo before purchasing.

I’ve found a bug. How do I report it?

Whoops! Sorry to hear that. Please let us know about it by contacting support. We’ll try to fix it ASAP.

What are the system requirements?

Mac OS X 10.15 or higher
64 bit compatible
Windows 10
At least 200 MB of free drive space

Do I need an iLok or other license manager?

Nope. We use a streamlined system that makes it super simple to authorize your plugins—no dongles or extra accounts needed.

How do I install my Carve Audio plugin?

Easy! Just download the installer and follow the instructions. Before you hit “install,” double-check the system requirements to make sure your setup is compatible.
